Tata Motors has added a new variant to its Hexa line-up. The new Hexa XM+ sits above the Hexa XM and below the Hexa XT and is priced at Rs 15.27 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Hexa XM+  gets a new 16-inch alloy wheel design, a soft touch dashboard, leather wrapped steering wheel, climate control with dual AC setup, front fog lamps, reverse parking sensors with camera, cruise control, automatic headlamps, rain sensing wipers and electrically adjustable and foldable wing mirrors. It also gets 8-color ambient lighting for the interior.  

At Rs 15.27 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) the Hexa XM+ is squarely aimed at the Mahindra XUV500 W9 variant that costs Rs 15.47 lakh and comes with a similar set of features.

The Hexa XM+ is powered by the same 2.2-litre diesel engine good for 156hp. This engine is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox. There is no automatic on offer on this variant.

Tata motors’ is now also offering the Hexa with an electric sunroof option which can be installed at dealer level which also includes a two year warranty. The company will launch the Harrier SUV in India early next year.
