  • The 390 Adventure could be priced between Rs 3 lakh to Rs 3.2 lakh.
  • Whereas, the 250 Adventure could retail from Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 2.7 lakh.
  • The 248.8cc engine in the 250 ADV is likely to be BS6-compliant.

We have been waiting for KTM to unveil the 390 Adventure for quite some time now. And the wait has been worth it. Because not only we will be getting to see the 390 ADV, but KTM will also unveil the 250 ADV as well. Both the motorcycles will come in two paint options. While the 390 Adventure will be available in orange and white, the 250 Adventure will come in orange and black paint options.

Now, the KTM 390 Adventure has been spotted in India as well as abroad, like, a gazillion times and you might know each and every tiny detail about the motorcycle. However, for the uninitiated, here’s a quick summary of KTM’s much-awaited motorcycle. The KTM 250 ADV, on the other hand, is the new kid on the block and has already been spotted twice in the past month. In fact, we were the first to break the news of the 250cc adventure bike.

Powering the upcoming 250 Adventure will be the same 248.8cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that’s seen on the naked variant. However, the test mule was spotted with an upswept end-can and a larger cat-con, hinting that KTM might have plonked a Euro 5/BS6-compliant engine in the motorcycle. If this motor is, in fact, Euro 5/BS6-compliant, then expect the KTM to tweak the power output a little bit. In its current state of tune, this engine  in the 250 Duke belts out 29.91PS and 24Nm.

Now, there are rumours that KTM might launch the 390 ADV in India next month and is expected to be priced between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 3.2 lakh (ex-showroom). On the other hand, there’s no word from KTM yet about the 250 ADV’s India launch. When launched, the 250 Adventure could be priced between Rs 2.5 lakh and Rs 2.7 lakh (ex-showroom).
