As soon as, all of us collectively had one single question. How long can Ford possibly hold on to those prices? Because right from the get-go, the prices seemed to be of the 'too good to be true' variety. In fact, at launch, the Freestyle managed to undercut the Figo, in spite of being better equipped.
With the festive season coming in, Ford has decided to cash in on the opportunity. Quite literally. Prices for the Freestyle have been hiked for most variants. It's only the mid-spec diesel Trend and top-spec Titanium+ diesel that see no change in price. The range now starts at Rs 5.23 lakh, instead of Rs 5.09 lakh. Here's a quick look at the new prices compared to the launch prices.

There have been no major feature additions to the Freestyle for the added price. Highlights on the top-spec variant include six airbags, automatic climate control, a 6.5-inch touchscreen system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as well as steering-mounted audio and call controls.
Even with the small bump up in price, we think the Freestyle continues to be a value for money package. Prices for the top variant are especially competitive when compared to cars like the.
Notably, this price hike is Ford's way of making some more room for the updated Figo hatchback that's all set to debut early next year.
