Jawa’s dealership onslaught refuses to cease, as the company has announced that it will inaugurate nine more dealerships this week. Last month, the resurrected brand threw open 18 dealerships in a single week! As per its Phase-I plan, Jawa is looking to launch 105 dealerships across India and given its momentum, it’s pretty clear that they would reach their target soon. New Jawa dealerships will be inaugurated in the cities of Gachibowli, Satara, Anantapur and Gorakhpur on March 15. On the following day, it will commence operations in Pondicherry, Mount Road, Chennai, Solapur, Varanasi and Allahabad.

The two Jawa motorcycles have received tremendous response from Indian bikers and the company have announced that both motorcycles are sold out till September. Bookings for the Jawa and Jawa Forty Two had commenced online but now they can be booked only via official dealerships. It should be noted that deliveries for the bikes hasn’t commenced yet, and the first lot is expected to be delivered later this month or in early April.
The Jawa retails for Rs 1.64 lakh while the Forty Two has been priced at Rs 1.55 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom for standard variant). Both the motorcycles are also offered with dual-channel ABS.
