Honda Highness Cruiser

Honda has revealed teasers of its upcoming retro motorcycle that's set to be launched in India on September 30. The Japanese bikemaker has also revealed the upcoming motorcycle’s exhaust note that's similar to its primary competitor, laidback Royal Enfield 350cc motorcycles. Now the teaser image mentions the name Highness and it seems that's what the upcoming retro motorcycle will be called.

Honda has trademarked the Highness, H’ness and Rebel name in India. The bikemaker could reserve the Rebel name for its larger 500cc cruiser which could be launched at a later date. So the upcoming cruiser could be called either the H’ness or Highness.

The retro motorcycle is expected to be styled along the lines of the Honda CB1100EX. It could feature a 300cc-400cc motor. The Honda cruiser is expected to be priced close to Rs 1.95 lakh which would allow it to compete with other retro motorcycles such as the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Benelli Imperiale 400.  Here’s what we expect the upcoming Honda cruiser to be like.

More details are expected to be revealed before the launch on September 30. Stay tuned for more information.
