The 2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X has been spied a number of times now. However, this time, the bike has been spotted sporting official accessories. They include a large windshield and an engine guard which looks like the Air Fly model offered in the existing Classic / Thunderbird range.
To prevent the saddlebags from touching the sides of the rear wheel or brake, the bike gets stainless steel saddle stays as well. This is a first for the Thunderbird range as Royal Enfield offers saddle stay kits only for the Classic range and Himalayan as of now. Royal Enfield is likely to launch the bike in early 2020, and the accessories will likely be offered as an option right from the launch. Expect Royal Enfield to price the bike at around Rs 1.8 lakh to Rs 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom).
You can also see the new single-pod instrument cluster which is likely to get a digital inset like the existing model. The switchgear is new too and looks similar to the one found in the 2020 Royal Enfield Classic 350. As far as powerplant and underpinnings are concerned, all the details can be found here.

Even the footpegs have been redesigned to be flatter for comfier ergonomics. Expect Royal Enfield to offer the cushioned backrest as an optional fitment. The tail lamp has also been redesigned for a more classic appeal. When launched, it will compete with the 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 and Mahindra Mojo 300 ABS.
