All variants of the Toyota Fortuner have received a price hike of Rs 35,000.
The Toyota Fortuner BS6 will be offered with the existing 2.8-litre diesel and 2.7-litre petrol motors, albeit with upgrades.
The BS6 diesel motor's output remains unchanged, at 177PS. Just like the current model, the 6-speed manual develops 420Nm while the 6-speed automatic variant puts out 450Nm. The diesel Fortuner is offered with rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive options.
The BS6-compliant petrol Fortuner also develops an identical 165PS of power and 245Nm of torque. It's offered in the rear-wheel-drive guise with 6-speed manual and automatic options.
