BS4-Skoda-Cars

Skoda India has discontinued the BS4 Rapid, Superb, Kodiaq, and Kodiaq Scout in the Indian market. The Czech carmaker has also pulled the plug on the existing Octavia, which will soon be replaced by its global successor. All these cars came with BS4 diesel and petrol engines. Skoda will bring back all the nameplates with updated BS6-compliant petrol engines and at Auto Expo 2020. Here are all the details of each of them:

ZW-Skoda-Rapid-TSi

The BS4 Skoda Rapid came with a 110PS 1.5-litre TDI diesel engine and a 105PS 1.6-litre MPI petrol engine. Both engines have been discontinued due to BS6 emission standards and will be replaced by a BS6-compliant 110PS 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine. Bookings are already open for the BS6-compliant Rapid.
