  • Bentley's flagship luxobarge gets added opulence for the interior.

  • Bentley offers this artwork in two choices of timber: American Walnut and American Cherry Timber.

  • This customisation takes inspiration from quilted leather.

  • Concept of three-dimensional wood panels debuted in Bentley's EXP 10 Speed 6 concept car.

Bentley is doing all it can to make the new third-gen Flying Spur flagship more opulent than its predecessor. It has given it a luxurious four-seater option that could give Emirates' luxurious first-class suite a serious run for its money. Now for some added grandiose, you can opt for it with three-dimensional wood trims as well.

A striking diamond-shaped pattern is engraved onto a block of timber and fitted on both the rear door panels and the quarter panels. You can choose from two types of sustainably sourced timber for this artwork: American Walnut or American Cherry Timber. The former is more of a darker shade of brown while the latter ranges from rich red to reddish brown. Based on your choice, skilled operators will work using a multi-route axis machine to a tolerance of 0.1mm to achieve the perfect result. After that, a layer of open-pore lacquer is applied for that perfect shine and natural appearance.

The concept of three-dimensional wood panels, which takes inspiration from quilted leather, debuted in Bentley's EXP 10 Speed 6 concept car at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The carmaker states that it took over 18 months of production before it could bring this to reality. And we must say, the result does look extremely impressive.

Apart from this exquisite piece of customisation, the Flying Spur remains largely the same. You can read more about its specifications, powertrain options, and luxurious features right .

Sure, this option won't come cheap. But we're pretty sure that a Bentley buyer won't mind that extra cost. At the end of the day, you want your Bentley to stand out, right? And this exquisite piece of craftsmanship will do just that.
