2021 Indian Motorcycles Range Revealed

Indian Motorcycles have revealed its range of motorcycles for 2021. Things remain mostly unchanged except for a few cosmetic add ons and the introduction of two new models: Vintage Dark Horse And Roadmaster Limited.

2021 Indian Motorcycles Range Revealed

Like the Indian Chief Dark Horse, the Vintage Dark Horse is a stripped down version of the Chief Vintage cruiser. In typical Dark Horse fashion, the new motorcycle loses the touring windshield and gets a matte black paintjob and black leather saddle bags. Being based on the Chief Vintage means the new Vintage Dark Horse features a touring frame with a touring rear air shock absorber, Metzeler Cruisetec tyres and ABS. It also gets the 1811cc Thunder Stroke 111 air-cooled V-twin motor that puts out 92PS of power and a peak torque of 161.6Nm. With the Chief Dark Horse missing in the 2021 lineup, it appears that the cruiser has been discontinued.

The Roadmaster Limited gets the same sleeker headlamp fairing, radiator covers and saddlebags like the Roadmaster Dark Horse but gets two glossy red and black paint options. Like all Roadmasters, the new model gets an adjustable windshield, remote locking saddlebags, adjustable air-vents, Metzeler Cruisetec tyres and cruise control. It features a Thunder Stroke 1890cc 116 air-cooled V-twin motor that puts out 92PS and 172.2Nm.

The Indian Scout range remains mostly unchanged save for a few new colour options. New accessories include an all-new Pathfinder Adaptive LED headlamp that can be fitted on most touring models while the Pathfinder S LED Driving Lights to complement the Pathfinder Adaptive LED headlamp can be retrofitted on the Roadmaster and Challenger models. For the Challenger, you can opt for the PowerBand Audio quick-release trunk amplified speaker kit which with the PowerBand Audio Plus offers 50 percent louder audio than the stock system.

The 2021 range of motorcycles and accessory upgrades are expected to be launched in India next year.
